Privacy policy

This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through our contact form or private-label request: your name, email address, company (optional), the topic, any product you mention and your message.

How we use it

We use it only to reply to you, to prepare quotes and to handle orders, warranty claims and sharpening requests. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not run third-party tracking scripts. Fonts may be loaded from a font provider, which receives standard technical request data such as your IP address.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only as long as needed to answer them and to keep normal business records for orders.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information you sent us at any time through the contact form.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date below.
