Terms of sale

These terms apply to enquiries and orders for our beauty tools placed through this website.

Prices

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are launch prices that may change. Wholesale pricing (50% of retail) applies to orders of 12 or more units per item. Prices do not include shipping, duties or taxes unless we say so in your quote.

Orders

Online checkout is not open yet. Requesting an order is not a purchase: we confirm the final price, availability, shipping and payment details with you before any payment is taken. An order is accepted only once we have confirmed it and you have paid.

Warranty and sharpening

Our lifetime warranty and free lifetime sharpening are described in full on our warranty page, which forms part of these terms.

Private label

Minimum quantities, artwork, lead times and prices for private-label work are agreed in writing for each project.

Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photos are representative; finish and appearance can vary slightly between batches.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
